Chocolate Biscuit Recipe 



  • 100g margarine or butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 bag whipped cream
  • 80g melted chocolate

How to Prepare:

  1. Add eggs and sugar to the oil at room temperature, beat with a mixer.
  2. After whisking well, add milk to the mixture.
  3. After mixing the milk, add the dry ingredients – 2.5 cups of flour, cocoa, vanilla, and baking powder.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a squeeze bag.
  5. Squeeze the mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper. The shape is not important; it will spread in the oven.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes in the preheated oven at 170 degrees.
  7. Spread whipped cream between the baked and cooled biscuits.
  8. Drizzle 80g melted chocolate on top.
