Chocolate Cheesecake

Experience the richness of our Chocolate Cheesecake. Each slice is a heavenly combination of chocolatey goodness and creamy cheesecake. 


  • For the crust:
    • 1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For the filling:
    • 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 1/4 cups sugar
    • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
    • 4 large eggs
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. For the crust, combine crushed cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
  3. For the filling, beat the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Blend in cocoa powder.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix in sour cream and vanilla.
  5. Stir in the melted chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Cool completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
