  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 24 mini muffins.
  2. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Stir in milk, then add baking powder and flour until well blended.
  3. Fill the prepared mini muffin cups halfway.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned on top, 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. While muffins are baking, place 1/4 cup of melted butter in a bowl. In another bowl, mix 1/2 cup of sugar with the cinnamon.
  6. Remove the muffins from their molds, dip them in the melted butter, and roll them in the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  7. Let cool and serve.
