Filled Chocolate Cake Recipe

– 2 cups of Wheat Flour
– 100 gr. Dark or Milk Chocolate
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 cup of milk
– 200 gr. of butter
– 3 eggs
– 2 tbsp. of cocoa
– 2 tbsp. vanilla.
– 1 tsp. of Baking Powder
– Melted chocolate to decorate


1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. In a bain-marie, melt the Dark or Milk Chocolate together with the Butter.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the Eggs and Sugar until you obtain a foamy mixture.
4. Add the melted Chocolate and Butter mixture.
5. Add the Vanilla, Cocoa, and Baking Powder.
6. Incorporate well and pour in the Flour little by little, alternating with the Milk.
7. In a previously floured mold, pour the mixture and spread it well.
8. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cut in half horizontally.
9. Add melted chocolate to taste as filling.
10. Decorate with plenty of melted chocolate on top and add the decoration of your choice.
