Marbled Cake 

Indulge in the deliciousness of Marbled Cake with this easy-to-follow recipe. A perfect blend of flavors and textures that will satisfy your sweet cravings.


  • 250 g of wheat flour
  • 125 g of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 15 g cocoa powder
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt


  1. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle flour on top.
  2. Mix flour with sifted baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Beat butter (at room temperature) with sugar in a mixer until the mixture is whitish and smooth.
  4. Gradually add 3 egg yolks and a whole egg to the sugar mixture, continue beating. Reserve the remaining egg whites.
  5. Add sifted flour and milk to the mixture and beat.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the 3 egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.
  7. Add the egg whites to the dough, stir well.
  8. Divide the dough into two parts and separate into two containers.
  9. To one part, add cocoa powder and mix well.
  10. Grease the mold and add layers of natural dough and cocoa dough alternately until the dough is finished, creating the marbled effect.
