No-Bake White Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 160g Oreo cookies
  • 40g butter

Filling:

  • 200g whipping cream
  • 100g milk
  • 260g white chocolate
  • 180g cream cheese
  • 15g white sugar
  • 7 gelatin sheets

Coverage:

  • Jam to taste (e.g., pear and chocolate)
  • Grated white chocolate

Instructions:

Base:

  1. Crush the whole Oreo cookies, including the filling.
  2. Melt the butter in the microwave and mix with the cookies.
  3. Line the base of the mold and smooth the surface with the help of a spoon.
  4. Place in the fridge for half an hour so that the base becomes hard.

Filling:

  1. Put the gelatin sheets to hydrate in a bowl with cold water for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat the cream with the milk, sugar, and white chocolate until melted (without boiling).
  3. Remove from heat and add the beaten cream cheese.
  4. Drain the gelatin sheets and add to the mixture, stirring until well integrated.
  5. Pour the mixture over the biscuit base and refrigerate until set (4-8 hours).

Coverage:

  1. Unmold and cover with jam and white chocolate shavings.
